Rooms closed out and condensed as sale unfolds to reduce foot traffic and keep sale organized. Buyers exit structures with purchases to cashier and holding area where items are totaled by Martin and paid for. For items of high value or specialty items we have 3rd party recommendations. For cleanouts and moving we have references and recommendations also. We pay same business day or next business day if sale ends on a weekend.
